I bet you didn’t know that federal law enforcement officers representing the Department of Education can break down your front door if you are suspected of violating the law. This happened to Kenneth Wright of Stockton, Calif. On June 7, at 6 a.m., Wright was awakened by a knock on his door. They were looking for his estranged wife, who was not in the house. Wright has no criminal record.
