A man was shot to death in Petworth early Tuesday, District police said.
Police said 23-year-old David Gonzalez was found dead on the 900 block of Randolph Street NW after officers responded to a report of a shooting shortly after 3 a.m.
He was pronounced dead at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
No one has been arrested in the slaying.
