Sometimes, even the best plans of one of the country’s most popular cable news programs can go up in smoke.
Following a commercial break during his Thursday evening show, Sean Hannity appeared on live television with his glasses on and vaping.
The cameras began rolling as the unsuspecting Fox News host puffed away at a Juul electronic cigarette. He quickly removed the device from his mouth, followed by a brief “uh-oh” before resuming his regularly scheduled show.
The incident quickly became a viral moment on social media, but not before the network’s Laura Ingraham had a chance to poke fun at Hannity’s on-air slip-up.

When it came time to switch to the Ingraham Angle, Ingraham was shown drinking a glass of water before looking into the camera and saying to Hannity, “Oh wait, am I on camera right now?”
“It happens to the best of us, Hannity,” she added. “I mean, those little moments are cute. Those are in the forever reel of the real Hannity. Like, we want to know you.”
“Enjoy it, everybody, at my expense,” Hannity said before signing off.

The incident comes nearly a week after Greg Gutfeld, another Fox News host, was caught on an episode of The Five singing, “I gotta pee,” completely unaware the cameras were on while the rest of his bemused co-presenters looked on and laughed.
