A judge is refusing to block a doctor’s testimony in the case of a man accused in the 2011 deaths of his estranged wife and stepson in Montgomery County, the Associated Press reported.

Curtis Lopez, 46, was indicted on two counts of murder, two counts of kidnapping and one count of robbery.
