Republicans continued to pummel Virginia Senate candidate Tim Kaine for his connections to President Obama with their latest attack.

The National Republican Senate Committee released a web video Monday to mark the third “anniversary” of Kaine’s ascension to Democratic National Committee chairman. The 45-second spot, titled “Obama & Kaine: One And The Same,” traces the former Virginia governor’s support of Obama from the 2008 campaign trail to recent remarks that Kaine “isn’t going to run distancing myself from the president.”
