Kim Kardashian’s divorce to short-term hubby Kris Humphries could get really ugly — and we might be able to sit in our living rooms and watch the whole thing.
Kris and his lawyer want to “expose the M.O. of reality TV” by proving Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but just wanted big ratings for her reality show, according to TMZ.
The basketball player wants to prove this by letting TV stations broadcast the trial.
Currently, Kim wants a divorce and Kris wants the whole thing annulled. The reality starlet filed for divorce just over three months ago, citing “irreconcilable differences,” after only 72 days of marriage.
The gossip site says the prenup is extremely long and complicated — which makes one wonder, why would Kim go through all the time and trouble to have this prenup made if she were planning on staying with Kris ’til death do them part?
But was Kris a part of the scam too? After all, he proposed and became famous from the relationship, wedding and reality show.
“To me it was real,” Kris told “Access Hollywood.” “I would never go through something and do something that wasn’t real or I didn’t believe in, so I can really only speak for myself in terms of that.”
Laura, Ben back together?

The actress and the singer split in 2010 (Laura was said to have been “blindsided” by the news that Ben filed for divorce) but were spotted in Beverly Hills this week looking very much like a happy couple, according to the Daily Mail.
As of Tuesday, no divorce papers had been withdrawn, but a source told TMZ that the pair were officially back together.
Ben, 42, joined Laura, 44, at a Golden Globes after-party last month, sparking rumors of a reconciliation.
The two have been married for five years and have two children.
It’s a boy for Robert, Susan
The newest member of the Downey party has just arrived.
Robert Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan, welcomed a healthy baby boy at 7:24 a.m. Tuesday, his rep confirmed to Us Weekly.
Exton Elias Downey weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces, and measured 20 inches long.
Exton is the first child for producer Susan, 38. Robert, 46, has an older son, 18-year-old Indio, with ex-wife Deborah Falconer.
Robert and Susan married in 2005, and he has credited her with helping him kick drugs and alcohol.
Chris to perform at Grammys
Chris Brown will perform at this year’s Grammy Awards, the event where his career almost ended three years ago. Chris admitted assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna at a pre-Grammy party in 2009 and is serving five years of probation for the felony attack. The Recording Academy announced Tuesday that Brown will take the Grammy stage on Sunday — he is nominated for three awards.
