Kanye West announced at a concert that he, like millions of other people, didn’t vote in the 2016 election — but it doesn’t matter, because the guy he would have backed won anyway.
That’s right. At a concert in San Jose, California on Thursday, the Watch the Throne rapper told audience members he would have voted for President-elect Donald Trump.

“I said something that was kind of politically correct,” West said to fans. “I told you I didn’t vote right? I guess I told you, but if I would have voted, I would have voted for Trump.”

The announcement was mostly met with shock, a few applauses, and a lot of jeers from the audience.
Needless to say, many of his fans were not happy at the news.
