Police identified a Silver Spring man found dead beneath a Baltimore County bridge on Greenspring Valley Road and issued a warrant for the man they believe killed him.
Police are looking for Hector Manuel Murcia-Brizuela, who they said might have fled the state. They are charging him with the slaying of 29-year-old Adin Ventura, of the 8300 block of Tahona Drive in Silver Spring. Highway crews found with multiple stab wounds beneath the Pikesville bridge July 1.
Detectives said they believe Ventura?s body was placed beneath the bridge after he was murdered. They said they do not have a motive and do not know how the suspect and victim came into contact with each other.
Murcia-Brizuela is described as a 5-foot-6 Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the 11500 block of February Circle in Silver Spring.
Anyone with information is asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP, which may net a $2,000 cash reward.
