The Washington Regional Alcohol Program has issued a series of “safe celebrating” tips for Super Bowl celebrations. They’re urging people to plan ahead and designate a driver, report drunken drivers and wear a seat belt at all times. They also advised hosts to be responsible by not serving anyone who is already intoxicated and offering non-alcoholic drinks as an option.
