A D.C. woman will file a $15 million lawsuit against the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Department and a law enforcement officer accused of raping her at the county courthouse in Upper Marlboro, her lawyer announced.

Deputy Sheriff Lamar McIntyre was indicted in July on 12 counts, including charges of second-degree rape, second-degree sex offense and misconduct in office.

In the lawsuit, expected to be filed Tuesday, 34-year-old inmate Precious Elise Reaves accused McIntyre of taking her into a solitary holding cell on June 19, and forcing her to have sex and perform oral sex.

Afterward, McIntyre took nude pictures of the woman with his cell phone camera, the lawsuit claims, according to her attorney Jimmy Bell.

McIntyre, 34, who has been a sheriff deputy since September 2009, was placed on leave without pay.
