The beloved holiday special “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” has been around for 50 years this year and late night host Jimmy Kimmel wanted to honor that holiday tradition with a little twist.
“Fifty years is a long time and a lot has changed over those 50 years,” Kimmel said. “So we decided to give the special an update to make it more accessible to a modern audience.”
Kimmel’s team took scenes from “Rudolph” and overlaid it with audio from “Maury.”
