ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Roadside messaging has been activated to notify the public about a 17-year-old college student from suburban Rochester who was reported missing from the College of Saint Rose campus in Albany.
Connor Trapatsos of Fairport was last seen by his roommate Wednesday morning and was reported missing on Friday. Police say foul play is not suspected. His roommate tells local media that Trapatsos had been very withdrawn in recent weeks.
Deputy Chief Aran Mull of the NYS University Police Department tells media outlets that Trapatsos may have been walking west on Route 5 or Route 20 toward Rochester.
The teen is 5 feet 7 inches tall and 140 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes, and glasses. He was last seen wearing a “Pilot 21” hoodie, blue shorts, and blue sneakers, and was carrying a backpack.
