Spirit Hyundai of Annapolis officially launched its new user-friendly Web site on Feb. 12. The Web site was created by Bartek Management, a Philadelphia-based technology services company. “The core effort at Spirit Hyundai rests with customer service,” said Steve Gall, president of Spirit Hyundai of Annapolis, in a statement. “We cannot afford to have even a minor or temporary disconnect between us and our customers. Reliable technology that keeps us connected to the public is our livelihood, our measure of success.” The new Web site features WordPress, a blogging tool, and Real Simple Syndication, a web format that will allow employees to update the inventory daily and give correspondence immediate response.
