Republican Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan will attend President-elect Trump’s inauguration on Jan. 20 despite having never supported him during the campaign.
The Baltimore Sun reported Friday that Hogan received an invitation and plans to attend the ceremony with his wife.
Hogan said he voted for his father, former Maryland Republican Rep. Lawrence Hogan Sr. He refused to support Trump during the campaign.
Hogan congratulated Trump after the election and counts Vice President-elect Mike Pence as once of his closest friends among the country’s governors.
