“We need a President in good health,” begins the solicitation from the Trump Make America Great Again Committee. “Staying healthy on the campaign trail can be a challenge, but Donald Trump knows the importance of taking care of himself.” (True, if taking care of oneself includes indulging a taste for McDonald’s: “The Big Macs are great,” Trump has proclaimed. “The Quarter Pounder with Cheese. It’s great stuff.”)
