The Drug Enforcement Agency has confirmed it is investigating a wild night in Rotterdam, in which sources say an agent drank too much, stripped naked, pooped on the door of another agent’s hotel room — yet avoided arrest.
According to two sources inside the DEA, the following events occurred during the 2018 International Drug Enforcement Conference in early April in the Netherlands.
Agent Brian Shanahan became intoxicated during the annual conference on the evening of April 9 and fought with another male agent. Shortly after the altercation, the agent who fought with Shanahan went to his hotel room to retire for the evening.

Shanahan followed his colleague and proceeded to strip off all of his clothes. Naked, he stood in front of the agent’s closed hotel room door and defecated before it. He then scooped up his excrement with his hand and began smearing it on the door as well as the door handle.
The sources, who shared their story with this writer on the condition of anonymity, also provided the Washington Examiner with digital photos of the poop-stained floor.
“Shanahan took a dump in front of this agent’s door and smeared it all over it, including the door knob,” one DEA source said.
The scene was so foul that at least one security guard vomited upon arriving at the scene, according to a DEA source.

The DEA would not comment on this story nor confirm Shanahan was involved, but confirmed to the Washington Examiner that “the alleged incident is currently under internal review.”
