Tebow not the only show at Senior Bowl

Believe it or not — and it may be hard to — the Senior Bowl was not all about Tim Tebow. The debate over whether or not he can play quarterback in the NFL can resume another day. Or, more accurately, hold off for an hour.

Anyway, here are three guys whose names kept popping up last week at the Senior Bowl:

Defensive end Brandon Graham » He wasn’t just good in the game (he was named the game’s MVP), he was strong all week. The Michigan end was relentless, as any good rusher is, and quick off the snap.

Running back Dexter McCluster » His size (5-foot-8, 165 pounds) will cause him to fall, perhaps even to the third round. But his production this past week makes him one of the more intriguing players in the draft. Durability will be a question for him, but if he can get 10-15 touches a game — through returns, handoffs or receptions — he can make a huge impact. Also, he fumbled in the game, which will raise more red flags. Those flags could keep him around the third or fourth round.

Running back LeGarrette Blount » The once-suspended Oregon star has the size and vision teams want in a back, which he showed all week. Blount would be good in Washington’s zone-blocking system with his cutback ability. His lack of speed and character concerns could keep him around the third round (the Redskins do not have a third-round pick).
