Donald Trump surrogate and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani made graphic reference to former President Bill Clinton’s sexual relationship with Monica Lewinsky on MSNBC Sunday night.
“How come he wasn’t prosecuted for raping Juanita Broaddrick? How come he wasn’t prosecuted for taking advantage of an intern in the White House? These actually happened,” Giuliani told Chris Matthews after the second presidential debate, which came after a heavy 48 hours of fallout over newly leaked audio of Trump’s past vulgar comments about women.
“Because there’s no tape of him saying I did it, whereas we’ve got a tape of Donald Trump saying he did it,” Matthews said.
“No, there was semen on her dress!” Giuliani said.
