Beyonce’s Renaissance album leaks two days early

Beyonce likely isn’t crazy in love with how her latest album, Renaissance, leaked two days before its release.

The leak began to spread after people on social media shared posts of CD copies of the album that were up for sale, apparently in Europe, and Variety was able to find high-quality FLAC files that seemed to sound like the album. The leak marks an unusual release of an album from Beyonce, whose operation is known for being among the most secure in the music business, according to the outlet.

The singer has not mentioned the album’s leak on any of her social media accounts as of Wednesday afternoon.

The full list of songs on Renaissance, which was revealed by Beyonce last week, consists of “I’m That Girl,” “Cozy,” “Alien Superstar,” “Cuff It,” “Energy,” “Break My Soul,” “Church Girl,” “Plastic Off the Sofa,” “Virgo’s Groove,” “Move,” “Heated,” “Thique,” “All Up in Your Mind,” “America Has a Problem,” “Pure/Honey,” and “Summer Renaissance.”

Beyonce revealed the cover art for the album on June 30, showing the singer sitting atop a transparent horse with what appears to be lightning inside. The first single of the album, “Break My Soul,” was released onto music platforms earlier in the month.
