Senate Democrats are questioning if the Trump administration will protect individuals against discrimination in healthcare.

The Democrats’ letter sent to Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price on Monday was in response to changes to the HHS website and recent hires. It comes a few months before the start of Obamacare’s open enrollment on Nov. 1.
