A 76-year-old Potomac man found lying in a pool at his home Wednesday was declared dead at a local hospital, Montgomery County Police said.
Family members found the man at about 5:25 p.m. Wednesday. Paramedics were unable to revive him.
The man, who was not identified by police, was not the victim of foul play, police said.
