RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) — AT&T is closing franchise cellphone and service stores in the South Dakota cities of Custer, Spearfish, Belle Fourche (foosh) and Buffalo.
Company spokesman Alex Carey confirmed to the Rapid City Journal (http://bit.ly/YXtlqC) that Express Wireless is no longer providing AT&T products and services in western South Dakota, but he said company policy prohibited from saying why.
