I have spoken to a few of my network sources and they tell me that if the Ravens knock off the Eagles and the Redskins get rid of the Seahawks then come December 7th the two teams will face off in Baltimore in primetime on NBC Sunday Night Football.

The two beltway teams both have playoff expectations and that would make for a fun Sunday night national telecast.

Truth is there really is no rivalry between the Ravens and the Redskins. The Ravens rivals are the Steelers while the Cowboys are the Redskins nemesis. The area has really become one market and that has lessened the animosity from most Baltimore fans. Washington fans have never really disliked the Ravens or Baltimore for that matter.

Today at 1pm the Ravens faces the Eagles on FOX5 and FOX45. The game broadcast crew will be Sam Rosen, analyst Tim Ryan and our pal and favorite sideline guy Chris Myers. Radio as always will be on WBAL-AM/98Rock-FM has the pregame, game and postgame. MASN has Ravens Xtra following the game.

Redskins’ fans will be rooting for Baltimore to beat the Eagles and once and for all get them out of the playoff picture.

Meanwhile in the great northwest Washington and Seattle will also be seen on FOX with Matt Vasgersian (who you will see more of him on the MLB Network) along with analyst JC Pearson and sideline reporter Nischelle Turner. 4:15pm kickoff.

CSN has the Redskins pregame show starting at 1pm and they will have the postgame following around 7pm.

Radio as always on ESPN 980AM pregame at 1pm the game follows at 4pm and the post game will be with Andy Pollin and John Riggins.

The NBC Sunday Night Game of the Week will be Colts and the Chargers at 8pm.

For fun at 6pm checkout the Grey Cup the CFL Super Bowl with Montreal hosting Calgary. It is the 96th Cup Final making it the oldest football championship in North America.
