Hillary Clinton received a set of written questions Tuesday, to be answered under oath, about the reasons she set up her private server system and why she scrubbed emails from it ahead of an FBI investigation.

The 25 inquiries came in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by conservative-leaning Judicial Watch, and each pressed Clinton on inconsistencies in her past statements or questions left unanswered by depositions taken in the case so far.
