Ben Carson Super PAC tells Iowa voters wrong caucus date… twice

Voter turnout is one of the most important parts of a campaign, unfortunately for Dr. Ben Carson a Super PAC campaigning on his behalf sent his likely supporters the wrong election date, twice on the same mail piece.

The National Draft Ben Carson for President Committee sent out a letter to likely Iowa Republican Caucus goers with excerpts of Carson’s book and asking them to remember to support the neurosurgeon for president.

Carson’s Super PAC, unfortunately, made a serious error, they posted the gave an incorrect date for the Iowa Caucus, twice.

On the envelope, they asked Republicans to show up for the Caucus on Monday, January 8 and inside they listed the election day as February 8.

The actual date is presumably Monday, February 1 according to The New York Times.
