Most Valuable Player
No one seems to question Jason Campbell’s fit in the West Coast any more, do they? Campbell proved he could go through his progressions; he was poised and he completed 20 of 31 passes for 231 yards, two touchdowns, and more importantly, no turnovers.
Pro Bowl Performance

Overlooked
There were many, starting with Clinton Portis and the line. But one guy got the Redskins’ defense off to a fantastic start: corner Shawn Springs. Though he left in the second half with an injury, he blanketed Terrell Owens with physical play.
Oops!
Center Casey Rabach had a sequence he’d like to forget. Rabach had two penalties on a third-quarter series, both of which wiped out touchdowns. The Redskins settled for a field goal and a 20-17 lead.
From the sidelines
» Jim Zorn smartly used short passes to control the ball and stayed aggressive. Unlike Dallas, he wasn’t fixated on getting the ball to one guy, just the hot guy. Defensive coordinator Greg Blache’s schemes limited big plays and made Dallas one-dimensional.
» Hey, Wade Phillips can you and your coaches count to 12? What a colossal screw-up by Dallas coming out of a timeout. Also, the Redskins forced Dallas to beat them with patience and they couldn’t. The Cowboys are uncomfortable playing from behind; 44 passes and only 11 runs?
