Conservative pundit Sebastian Gorka dismissed President Trump’s comments on the notorious “Hollywood Access” tape as being made when he was a Democrat.
“Remember, he said that when he was a Democrat, so let’s not forget that,” Gorka told a woman who called into his radio program. “How do you know that he did that?”
On the 2005 recording, Trump was heard bragging about groping women and using his wealth and celebrity status to get away with anything he wanted.
“I better use some Tic Tacs just in case I start kissing her,” Trump said on the tape. “You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything.”
The woman who called into the show, identified as Jane from Atlanta, told Gorka she didn’t like Trump because “he likes to grope women.”
“How do you know he did that?” Gorka asked.
A longtime fixture in American conservative politics, Gorka served as a deputy assistant to Trump for less than a year.
Trump gave money to Democratic candidates for elected office before running for president as a Republican.
