Fairfax County police have released a composite sketch of a suspect in the attempted snatching of a 14-year-old girl. The girl was on her way to school around 7 a.m. on Oct. 28, when a man offered her a ride near the intersection of Quisenberry Drive and Kings Hill Court, police said. She ignored him and continued walking. He grabbed her, and she kicked him and fled.

The suspect is described as Hispanic, about 30 years old, around 5 feet 10 inches tall and wearing a dark, puffy coat. He had a thin moustache and is believed to be a smoker. He stood near an older gray or black four-door sedan.
