After a day of rumors and speculation, the White House confirmed that President Obama is in Afghanistan and will give a speech from that country tomorrow.
“President Barack Obama is in Afghanistan for a whirlwind visit that will culminate in a live, televised address to the American people,” according to the White House pool report.
