7 indicted in Prince William cocaine ring

Seven men have been indicted for allegedly trafficking cocaine and firearms in Prince William County.

The 34-count indictment, filed in federal court in Alexandria, claims that the drug ring was a major source of cocaine in the county and received its supplies from a Mexican trafficking organization.

Prosecutors identified 30-year-old Yasin Oriza Arreola, who also goes by “Tony” or “El Diablo,” of Catlett, Va., as the ring’s leader. He is accused of posing as a construction worker to conduct drug trades around the county.

Also charged are Jose Salgado Lovo, 40; Isitro Liberato, 20; Kelvin Martinez, 25; Manuel Perez Castillo, 42; Jorge Isiais Fernandez, 35; and Angel Enrique Flores, 44. All are from Manassas.

All of the men were arrested in August.
