Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth will undergo an MRI today on his sore knee, yet another turn in his quest to get on the practice field.
Though Haynesworth appeared to do more after practice in terms of agility work today, he still has soreness in his knee. That prevented him once more from taking the conditioning test.

Haynesworth has dealt with knee issues in previous camps. However, one of the complaints teammates had about him last season was that he did not seem to play through injuries the same as others who were perceived to have something just as bad or worse. Still, the Redskins want to make sure there’s nothing worse with his knee at this point.
“In the past, every third or fourth day it would be sore but now it’s been a couple days consistently sore,” Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said.
