Huckabee takes aim at ‘Poop Dogg,’ Bow Wow over their Trump comments

Former Gov. Mike Huckabee, R-Ark., on Friday took aim at rappers Bow Wow and Snoop Dogg over their derogatory comments about the Trump family, asking: “Who let the dogs out?”

“Poop Dogg has nephew named Bow Wow; both bad dogs who advocate murder and sex slavery for @POTUS and First Lady; Who let the dogs out?” Huckabee tweeted Friday evening, intentionally referring to Snoop as “poop.”

The drama between Bow Wow, whose legal name is Shad Gregory Moss, Snoop Dogg, whose legal name is Calvin Cordozar Broadus, Jr. and President Trump started earlier this week when Snoop Dogg, 45, released a music video that showed him pulling a gun on a clown dressed like Trump.

“Can you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!” Trump tweeted on Wednesday.

Later that day, Bow Wow threatened to “pimp out” Mrs. Trump if President Trump did not change his rhetoric.

“Shut your punk ass up talking shit about my uncle Snoop Dogg before we pimp your wife and make her work for us,” Bow Wow tweeted at Trump. He later deleted the tweet and has focused his messages since on his 30th birthday celebration and promoting Ciroc vodka.

Huckabee’s daughter, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, is the White House’s principal deputy press secretary and has led some press briefings since Trump took office.
