VALLEJO, Calif. (AP) — A big rig crash is blocking lanes on westbound Interstate 80 in Vallejo.
Television news footage showed a major traffic backup early Tuesday morning.
A big rig apparently overturned on the highway earlier. It was not clear when lanes would reopen, but motorists were being advised to find alternate routes.
