For Russians who just can’t get enough of their leader, there’s a 2016 calendar available to assure they can see plenty of President Vladimir Putin.
The calendar, titled “All Year with the President of Russia,” features 12 months of Putin. It includes a picture of him fishing shirtless and notable quotations from the former KGB official.
“I like all Russian women. I think Russian women are the most talented and the most beautiful,” Putin says on the March spread, where he is shown holding a flower.
Putin is dressed up in a military uniform for October. A quote reads, “No one will succeed in gaining military superiority over Russia,” according to a BBC report.
November shows a softer side of Putin: He is depicted holding a puppy. “Dogs and I have very warm feelings for one another,” the quote says.
In related news, the New York Times reported a scent “inspired by Vladimir Putin” is for sale at department stores in Russia. It costs 6,000 rubles (or about $85) and is available in a limited quantity of 2,000 bottles.
