Baltimore residents will have a chance to sound off on the city?s fiscal priorities at the 2008 City Council Taxpayers Night.
City Council President Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will host the gathering tonight at 6:30 on the fourth floor of City Hall, in the Clarence “Du” Burns Chambers, as the City Council begins its annual approval process of the city?s FY 2008 $2.6 billion budget.
