No major challenger has emerged to threaten Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus’ bid for a second term, according to GOP officials.

As it stands today, he had collected 160 of the 168 votes needed to win, Priebus told Secrets. The party elections take place January 23-26 in Charlotte, N.C., four months after the Democrats nominated President Obama in the same city for his second term.
