ORIGINAL POST: Police say a woman fatally stabbed a man at the Glen Burnie home where they lived together.
Officers responded to a home on the unit block of Fifth Avenue for a report of a domestic disupte shortly before 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Anne Arundel County police.
One resident, 47-year-old James Plaff Jr., was suffering stab wounds to his upper torso, police said. He later died at a hospital.
Police said charges are pending against 38-year-old Phyllis Amonica, who also lived at the home. A verbal fight apparently escalated and became physical, police said.
Amonica suffered minor cuts. It’s not known whether her wounds were defensive or self-inflicted, police said.
