A 25-year-old Woodbridge man got out of his Jaguar during evening rush hour on Interstate 95 and fired 13 shots at a dump truck that had struck his car twice during a road rage duel, Virginia State Police said.
The Jaguar driver’s 2-year-old daughter was in the back seat during the violent exchange Tuesday evening in Prince William County, police said.
