Top White House aide Stephen Miller said Monday that the temporary immigration ban from seven Muslim-majority countries shouldn’t surprise anyone because President Trump is doing what he promised to do on the campaign trail.

Miller, speaking on Fox News, said Trump campaigned on stopping refugees from coming into the country, particularly Muslims, “until we can figure out what the Hell is going on.” He’s following through on those promises, Miller said.
