Montgomery County police are searching for a fourth suspect wanted in connection with last month’s shooting death of 22-year-old Juanita Hallowanger.
Hallowanger was shot to death on the 1800 block of Branchwood Lane in Sandy Spring the evening of Dec. 23.
So far, 20-year-old Jarrett D. Horton, of Owings Mills, and Brandon Xavier Lewis, 19, of Olney, have been charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder. They’re being held on $65,000 bail. Stefan Marcus-Ian Wright, 23, of Olney, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and was released on $100,000.
Police said Tuesday they’re looking for Timothy Lee Richards, 21, of Sandy Spring.
Richards is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He is black, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was in the District.
The motive for the shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information should call 240-773-5070.
