Glenn Beck puts personal plane on the market: Report

Conservative commentator Glenn Beck is selling his plane, a move that comes after he suggested that fellow conservative commentator Ben Shapiro buy or partner with his news network The Blaze.

The Daily Beast reported on Tuesday that the Federal Aviation Administration website shows a registration number assigned to Beck’s radio production company matches a listing on a website used to sell aircraft.

The listing says the plane includes “2014 custom paint” and “2014 airframe and engine inspections,” in addition to other attributes.

Mercury Radio Arts, the radio production company, purchased the plane from billionaire Richard Mellon Scaife in 2015 for $1 million. At the same time, Beck’s news network, The Blaze, was undergoing significant layoffs.

The listing price for the plane was not included and Beck did not respond to the Daily Beast to comment.
