The North Korean state media went after President Trump’s personal hygiene, calling President Trump an “old lunatic” and saying “he [Trump] cannot deodorize [the] nasty smell from his dirty body woven with frauds, sexual abuses and all other crimes nor keep the U.S. from rushing to final destruction,” according to CNN’s Will Ripley.

This is certainly not the first time the North Korean state media has gone after President Trump.
Last fall, an unidentified spokesman referred to the president on North Korean state media as “senile.”
“We cannot have a sound dialogue with a senile man who can’t think rationally,” the spokesman said.
Though President Trump is no stranger to attacks from North Korean media, these personal attacks on the president’s hygiene are new and are uniquely personal.
President Trump is a well-known germaphobe who is obsessed with hygiene.
