Quinzell Tyrell Covington is wanted by Baltimore County police on first-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting of a Baltimore man.
Covington, 22, of the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, is wanted in connection with the slaying of Cletus Gittens, 25, who was found suffering from gunshot wounds Nov. 3 behind the Chadwick Shopping Center on Security Boulevard, police said.
Covington, who has tear-drop tattoos underneath his left eye, is the third suspect charged in the shooting.
Two other suspects, Timothy Bean, 25, and Xavier Antonio Hall, 21, both of Baltimore, were charged with first-degree murder. They are awaiting trial at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bail, police said.
Police believe Covington was with Hall and Bean when the shooting occurred, but the motive for the slaying is still unknown.
