A 71-year-old woman had several bones broken when she was robbed in District Heights, and Prince George’s County police are looking for the suspect.
Police said a man grabbed the woman’s purse at the Cigarette Discount, located on the 5700 block of Silver Hill Road, at about 9:20 a.m. Friday. The woman fell, suffering a broken knee cap and finger, as well as bruised ribs and abrasions to her hands.
Police described the suspect as a black man who was wearing all-black clothing and a black hat, and had shoulder-length corn rows.
