It’s time to reverse the bet with 23 nations that do not play fair — 23 countries who refuse to take back their citizens who came here illegally and committed crimes in this country.

At the top of the list is China. The communist government will not allow the United States government to put a criminal who has been tried and convicted of violating our laws on board a plane bound back for China. Vietnam, India and Iraq also deny us this simple, civil reciprocation. These countries are allegedly our friends.
