Former President Bill Clinton is dismissing presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump’s claims that he is “one of the worst political abusers in history.”
When pressed by reporters in Puerto Rico, Clinton said, “People are smart enough to figure it out themselves.”
Trump’s attacks on the former president come as a super PAC tied to Democratic front-runner, Hillary Clinton, has launched a $6 million advertising campaign blasting the billionaire businessman’s past critiques of women. The ad is set to run over of the next three weeks in the critical swing states of Florida, Ohio, Nevada and Virginia.
