Stafford police say man killed 2 siblings, self

STAFFORD, Texas (AP) — Investigators have determined an 18-year-old man fatally shot two siblings at the family’s Houston-area house before taking his own life.

Services are scheduled Thursday afternoon in Houston for the two men and their younger sister.
