Supreme Court’s new ethics code won’t stifle cynical leftist attacks
The U.S. Supreme Court is seen on Nov. 3, 2023, in Washington. The Supreme Court is adopting its first code of ethics in the face of sustained criticism over undisclosed trips and gifts from wealthy benefactors to some justices. The policy was issued by the court on Monday.

Now that a unanimous Supreme Court has issued a code of conduct for itself, its leftist critics should stop jawboning against the bench as though it were a haven for corruption.
