Ann Coulter calls Elizabeth Warren a ‘freak’

Conservative pundit Ann Coulter called Elizabeth Warren a “freak” who may be the worst of the Democratic candidates for president.

As Warren participated in the 10th Democratic presidential primary debate Tuesday evening, Coulter said the liberal Massachusetts senator and her “idiotic plans” were more of a threat to the United States than Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, a socialist.

“Sen. Warren has convinced me that Bernie isn’t that worrisome. He’ll never get anything done,” Coulter said. “SHE’S the freak who will show up with 17 idiotic plans every day and keep everyone up until it gets done.”

Coulter was one of President Trump’s earliest supporters in the 2016 presidential contest, but over the past couple of years has criticized the Republican for not taking a more hard-line approach to immigration.

Sanders has emerged as the front-runner in the Democratic primary contest after running away with the Nevada caucuses on Saturday and gaining 22 delegates. Former Vice President Joe Biden was Sanders’s closest rival and earned seven delegates. Warren did not earn any.

After three contests, Sanders leads in national polling with 28.8% support, according to a RealClearPolitics average. Warren sits in fourth place with 13% support.
