NASA’s Mars helicopter becomes first successful flight on another planet

“One small step for man,” one giant takeoff for aircraft on other planets.

NASA’s Ingenuity helicopter became the first controlled flight to take off from another planet, Mars, on early Monday morning, due to an effort led by NASA’S Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
